Hotel Update
We have reached capacity at Cheyenne Mountain Resort. Our overflow hotel is the Courtyard Marriott. The address is 2570 Tenderfoot Hill, St. Colorado Springs, CO 80906, 719-226-5006. The hotel is approximately five minutes from the resort. The hotel’s government rate is $112.00 plus tax. The general attendee rate is $199.00 plus tax. The deadline to make your reservation at this rate is Friday, August 27, 2021.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
NASAO has a staggered cancellation/refund policy:
100% refund on 2021 Annual Convention cancellations made on or before August 16, 2021.
50% refund on 2021 Annual Convention cancellations made August 17 – August 31, 2021.
No refunds on cancellations made on or after September 1, 2021.
Please note, canceling your Annual Convention Registration will not cancel your hotel reservation. Please contact the hotel directly to avoid unwanted charges if you must cancel your room reservation.
