The Spartanburg Marriott room block is full.
SCAA has negotiated a discounted room rate of $189 per night plus fees and taxes at the overflow hotel. To secure this rate, please make your reservation with AC Hotel Spartanburg by January 30, 2023.
Hotel: Please contact SCAA if you need a room. The deadline has passed for reservations in our block.
Event Sponsors will be given first priority in the Exhibit Hall and assigned in order of sponsor commitment and date paid. To quickly secure your sponsorship, please register and complete your invoice with payment due by January 17, 2023. We applaud you for seeing the value in our association and hope to continue to work together in the years ahead.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
SCAA has a staggered cancellation/refund policy:
- 100% refund on 2023 Annual Conference cancellations made on or before January 15, 2023.
- 50% refund on 2023 Annual Conference cancellations made January 16 – January 31, 2023.
- No refunds on cancellations made on or after February 1, 2023.
Please note, canceling your Annual Conference Registration will not cancel your hotel reservation. Please contact the hotel directly to avoid unwanted charges if you must cancel your room reservation.
