Room Reservations:
SCAA negotiated a discounted room rate of $159 per night plus fees and taxes. The deadline for reservations was January 13, 2024. The group rate will be honored based on availability. Please call Betty Taylor at Marriott Grande Dunes (843-692-3719) to request a room reservation at the discounted rate.
Hotel: The Marriott Grande Dunes is located at 8400 Costa Verde Drive in Myrtle Beach.
Event Sponsors will be given first priority in the Exhibit Hall and assigned in order of sponsor commitment and date paid. To quickly secure your sponsorship, please register and complete your invoice with payment due by January 17, 2024. We applaud you for seeing the value in our association and hope to continue to work together in the years ahead.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
SCAA has a staggered cancellation/refund policy:
- 100% refund on 2024 Annual Conference cancellations made on or before January 15, 2024.
- 50% refund on 2024 Annual Conference cancellations made January 16 – January 31, 2024.
- No refunds on cancellations made on or after February 1, 2024.
Please note that canceling your Annual Conference Registration will not cancel your hotel reservation. Please contact the hotel directly to avoid unwanted charges if you must cancel your room reservation.
