Room Reservation Options:
SCAA room block at the Hyatt Regency Greenville is full. You can make a Hyatt Regency Greenville reservation at their current daily rate.
However, we do have two overflow hotels from which you can choose. The AC Hotel Greenville's room rate is $199 a night. The SpringHill Suites Greenville Downtown has a room rate of $189 per night.

Event Sponsors will be given first priority in the Exhibit Hall and assigned in order of sponsor commitment and date paid. To quickly secure your sponsorship, please register and complete your invoice with payment due by January 17, 2025. Cancellation/Refund Policy
SCAA has a staggered cancellation/refund policy:
- 100% refund on 2024 Annual Conference cancellations made on or before January 15, 2025.
- 50% refund on 2024 Annual Conference cancellations made January 16 – January 31, 2025.
- No refunds on cancellations made on or after February 1, 2025.
Please note that canceling your Annual Conference Registration will not cancel your hotel reservation. Please contact the hotel directly to avoid unwanted charges if you must cancel your room reservation.
